The energy of possibility

The sunny Gold Coast has real energy and vibrancy, and it comes from more than just the weather.

Recently working with a leadership team to refine their direction, it provided the perfect backdrop for us to work through the issues. Coming into the workshop, everyone was caught up in their individual realities, playing the ‘survive the day-to-day’ game that so often takes over. It becomes consuming, narrow and frantic – and can be exhausting for leaders and teams alike.

The Gold Coast retreat was a well-timed physical and metaphorical escape for everybody involved.

Taking this time away allowed us to explore the possibilities that could help redefine their reality. It wasn’t about avoiding the issues, but rather giving it context within a bigger game that they all defined and brought into the arena together. This powerful alignment to a mutually motivating destination can be a complete game changer for many teams.

It was a real privilege to witness this particular team wrestle with letting go of the everyday, and connect with the opportunity to make a bigger impact.

What game are you playing?

What could change your perspective, energise your team and help you see what possibilities are out there that could redefine reality?
