Thoughts

I don’t see things the same way as everyone else does. I have a deep desire to make sense of how things work and sometimes why they don’t. This is my motivation to explore better ways to approach how we do business and connect as people. My relentless focus on making it simpler for others to move forward faster drives me to keep doing this.

Here you can explore my thinking in action as I share how I see things and what I have learnt in this continuing pursuit.  Enjoy, share and send me your thoughts on my thinking, I love hearing from you.

Action plans are rubbish

I think we all know this; why? Because we have all created a plan after a workshop, planning session or something a little fancier like a retreat, where nothing has happened. Post-it notes get turned into a long list of steps that rarely appear after the first meeting.
